How to Register?

Physical Participation:

1) Speaker Registration (1-Day Entry Fee): Attend the conference for only 1 day under this category

2) Speaker Registration (2-Days Entry Fee): Attend both days of the conference.

3) Poster Presentation: Attend both days of the conference.

4) Delegate Registration: Attendees whose primary interest is to attend the conference as an active listener and explore the opportunities for enhancing their knowledge and networking can register under this category.

5) Student Registration: Student Registration is intended for those undergraduate and postgraduate students either currently pursuing their doctoral studies or recently submitted their doctoral work and is interested in presenting their research findings can register under this category. Students registering under this category must submit copy of their valid student ID card issued by their universities or research institutes.

Online Participation:

Attendees who are interested but unable to travel can join through our online webinar conference which is scheduled from December 05-06, 2024

1. 6) Video Presentation: Those who cannot attend the conference physically due to any specified reasons but still wish to present their research work at the conference through pre-recorded video presentation can register under this category

   • Payment Process: Pay the applicable registration fee through the provided payment gateway. [Any Card / Paypal / Bank Transfer]
     
     
   • Confirmation Email: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and the payment receipt within 24-48 hours.
     
     
   • Prepare for the Conference: Follow any additional instructions provided in the confirmation email regarding conference preparation, materials submission, etc.
